These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowzenly mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Flowzenly ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Flowzenly is a mobile-first bookkeeping and cash flow management application that allows individuals and businesses to:

• Create and manage expense books for tracking income and expenses
• Add, edit, and delete financial transactions
• Invite team members and manage role-based access to books
• Generate and export transaction reports as PDF or Excel
• Receive push notifications for team activity
• Import bulk transaction data via Excel

Flowzenly is a record-keeping tool. It is not a licensed banking, financial advisory, tax, or accounting service. Always consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or financial professional for formal financial advice.

3. User Accounts

To use Flowzenly, you must register using a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at engineer4nirmaanoffice@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access

You may not create accounts on behalf of another person without their permission, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flowzenly only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Enter false, fraudulent, or misleading financial records
• Use the app to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or any illegal financial activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app or its backend systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content without our written permission
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Invite team members without their knowledge or consent
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Flowzenly offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional features such as higher transaction limits, more books, and advanced reporting.

• Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

6. Your Data & Content

You own all financial data and content you enter into Flowzenly. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the financial data you enter. We are not liable for decisions made based on records stored in the app.

7. Intellectual Property

The Flowzenly app, logo, design, code, and all original content created by us are our exclusive intellectual property. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our app or branding without our prior written consent.

The Flowzenly name and logo are trademarks of Flowzenly. You may not use them without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flowzenly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app
• We do not warrant that the app is free from bugs, viruses, or security vulnerabilities
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by network failures, device issues, or force majeure events
• Financial calculations in the app are for informational purposes only and should be verified by a qualified professional

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Flowzenly and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or financial records
• Decisions made based on app data
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the security of the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
